How does it work?

You can pay £100 deposit for the outfit to be secured, we will then email when the dress arrives.

You then have 48 hours to complete the payment link for the balance. Once payment has been made we will then send the dress as usual. Our standard returns policy applies to all purchases. Pre-Order payments can be cancelled anytime before dispatch for a full refund.

Prefer to pay in full? No problems, pay as usual and when the dress arrives we will send out as standard.

When is the dress due?

Dresses are due anytime before the end of June.

Delivery

Your purchase will be dispatched to home within 2-5 working days via DPD or Royal Mail. UK shipping inc NI is priced at £9.95.

Alternatively we now offer DPD Pickup from a local store at £4.95.

Returns

Returns, including sale items, are within 14 days from date of delivery. You can use the pre-paid returns label enclosed within your purchase. You just need to take the parcel to the Post Office. This is priced at £6.95 and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 4 business days of receiving the return back at our warehouse. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
