Returns, including sale items, are within 14 days from date of delivery. You can use the pre-paid returns label enclosed within your purchase. You just need to take the parcel to the Post Office. This is priced at £6.95 and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.

All items are fitted with an anti tamper label. Strictly no returns if removed or tampered with.

Returns are processed within 4 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to look further into any returns until 4 working days after delivery. We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 4 business days of receiving the return back at our warehouse. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.

Any ROI orders are to be sent back independently by the customer.
