Appointments usually last around one and a half hours. Arriving promptly ensures you have the full experience without feeling rushed.

You are welcome to bring up to two guests with you. To keep the atmosphere calm and focused, we suggest keeping your party small. You are, of course, welcome to take photographs or FaceTime additional friends and family.

• The shoes you plan to wear (or a similar heel height)

• The underwear you intend to wear on the day (this makes fittings more accurate)

If you anticipate needing alterations, we recommend using our trusted partners — Stitches in Manchester. No appointment is needed for this.

We also have our hugely experienced London tailor — we advise booking this at least 6–8  weeks before your event.      Full details can be provided in store or on request.

Appointments are complimentary. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your time to another client.
