Can I walk in to browse?

Our boutiques are open by appointment only, ensuring a private and personal shopping experience.

 Hats are the exception — no appointment needed!

Why do I need an appointment?

We want your time with us to feel personal, not rushed. With limited changing rooms, an appointment ensures you get space, privacy, and a relaxed experience.

Do I need an appointment for hats?

No. Simply visit us between 10am and 4pm on our open days.

What should I expect during my appointment?

You will be shown the complete collections from all of our designers. You then make your own selection of styles to try, guided by the bride and groom’s brief or your own event theme. We are always available to advise, while keeping the atmosphere calm, elegant, and unpressured.

How long does an appointment last?

Appointments usually last around one and a half hours.

When is the best time to start looking?

There’s never a wrong time to begin your search, but our main deliveries arrive each January. To enjoy the largest selection of styles and sizes, we recommend visiting January or February. Please note, sizes are limited — once a piece is sold, it cannot be re-ordered.

When will your summer collection arrive?

Our summer collections are now in store. The next major delivery will arrive in 2026.

Are your dresses made to order?

Most designs are available insizes 8–20, but we hold one per size. Once a piece is sold, it cannot be re-ordered.
